The “Food-Based Dietary Guidelines in Europe” (FBDG), established by each Member State of the European Union, provide us with healthy, science-based consumption recommendations for each food group, including beef.

They establish the appropriate consumption recommendation for each European Union Member State, taking into account that these recommendations are culturally acceptable and practical to implement.
