The Food-Based Dietary Guidelines in Europe established by each Member State of the European Union, they provide us with healthy consumption recommendations, based on science, for each food group, including Beef.
In these dietary guidelines, the appropriate consumption recommendation is established for each State of the European Union, taking into account, also, that these are culturally acceptable and practical when implemented.
